CRITERIA
➤ A foreigner who has stayed in Korea for more than 4 years with the relevant qualification (E-9, E-10, H-2) in the past 10 years and is currently working at the current workplace
➤ An E-7-4 employment contract with an annual salary of 26 million won or more at the current workplace for more than 2 years (An annual salary of 25 million won or more for agricultural, livestock, fishery, and domestic shipping workers)
➤ A person who has been recommended by a company where he or she has been working for more than 1 year
➤ A person who has scored more than 200 points including bonus points out of a total of 300 points, with a minimum score (50 points) for each of the basic items Ⓐ Average Income and Ⓑ Korean Language Proficiency
Exclusions
➤ Those who have been sentenced to a fine of 1 million won or more
➤ Tax delinquents (can apply upon full payment)
➤ Those who have violated the Immigration Control Act more than 4 times
➤ Those who have a history of illegal residence
➤ Those who are deemed likely to commit acts that harm the interests of the Republic of Korea or public safety, etc.
➤ Those who are deemed likely to commit acts that harm economic or social order or good customs, etc.
